    How do I use the product to flush and irrigate?

    Tilt head to the side over sink. Insert nozzle into one nostril, depressing on the textured area at the base of the nozzle so a gentle mist fills sinus passages and flows out nostrils. Repeat in other nostril.

    My puffer nutter daughter has the toughest time with congestion during high pollen times and during the winter. I was floored at how effective and quickly the Simply Saline Extra Strength worked in clearing her congestion before bed. The bottle is shaped perfectly for not only short bursts of saline, but prolonged sprays to flush the naval cavity. She slept like a dream...such great relief. Great product.     I honestly didn't realize how congested I was until I used this. It wasn't terrible, but this stuff really helped blow whatever I had right out. No, it is not exactly pleasant to spray this up your nose, but it really is nice to blow it right out. I used this daily for about a month. It is not habit forming, which is nice, it is not medicine so if I need to use it a few extra times I can. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.
