  • ARM & HAMMER™ Baking Soda
  • Your favorite cut of steak


For grilling or pan-searing larger pieces:

1.    Rub the meat with ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda. Be sure to cover all sides.

2.    Let it rest in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours.

3.    Rinse the meat thoroughly to remove all the Baking Soda.

4.    Cook as desired.

For smaller cuts or slices:

1.    Dissolve Baking Soda into water. For every 12 ounces of meat, use 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda and ½ cup of water.

2.    Soak the meat in the solution for at least 15 minutes.

3.    Remove and rinse thoroughly.

4.    Cook as desired.
