I bought 6 of these for my 2 grandchildren. They Love them. BUT the batteries need replacing after only uses for maybe a month. PROBLEM is we can not remove the screw to replace the batteries. Would you please tell us how we can resolve this problem. Thanks

My son loves the Paw Patrol sticker on the toothbrush, but it’s so frustrating to use. It constantly stops spinning, no matter if it’s the hidden molars or the front teeth, the brush would stop frequently. We tried changing the batteries, and it still stops spinning by day 2.

The performance of this brush is extremely poor. Changing the batteries wasn’t easy, and despite new batteries, the brush ran out of power while pressing it onto the entire tooth-it seems it works for only surface brushing, nothing by the gum line. I’d never buy this again.
