Lemon Yogurt Pound Cake
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2-1/4 cups unbleached flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ARM & HAMMER® Baking Soda
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8-ounce) lemon yogurt
Cream butter, then beat in sugar and add eggs one at a time. Add flour, salt, ARM & HAMMER® Baking Soda, lemon rind, vanilla, and yogurt. Pour into a greased and floured 9” tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cool in pan for 15 minutes and turn out on plate.
